Refund policy

At Dromana Picture Framing, every order is handmade to your specifications. Because of this, we ask that you take the time to review your order carefully before placing it — we're always happy to answer questions before you buy.

 

Change of Mind Returns

If your item arrives and isn't quite what you expected, we'll accept a return within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original, unused condition and in original packaging. Return freight is at the buyer's expense. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method.

To initiate a return, email us at dromanapictureframing@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

 

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the damage immediately — including the packaging — and email the photos to dromanapictureframing@gmail.com as soon as possible. We'll assess the situation and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

 

Exceptions

We reserve the right to decline a return if the item shows signs of use, damage caused after delivery, or is returned outside the 7-day window.
