Shipping policy

At Dromana Picture Framing, every piece is made to order and shipped with care from our workshop in Dromana, on the Mornington Peninsula.

 

Production & Dispatch

All orders are handmade to order. Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be produced, assembled and prepared for dispatch. Once your order is ready, it will be carefully packed and sent via express shipping.

 

Shipping Method

We ship exclusively with FedEx to ensure fast, reliable delivery across Australia. All orders are dispatched via express service. Free express shipping on orders over $400.

 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please note that tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after your order has left our workshop.

 

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times vary depending on your location. All orders are sent via express service to get your artwork to you as quickly as possible.

 

Delays

While we do everything we can to meet our production and delivery timeframes, there may occasionally be delays during peak periods or busy seasons. We'll always keep you informed if anything changes with your order.

 

A Note on Custom Orders

Because every piece is made to order, our standard 5 business day production time applies before shipping. If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
