4 Weeks 4 Refunds: Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to the 4 Weeks 4 Refunds promotion run by Dromana Picture Framing & Gallery in October 2026. By placing an eligible order you agree to these terms.

1. Promoter

Zen Frames Pty Ltd trading as Dromana Picture Framing & Gallery, Warehouse 2/10 Trewhitt Court, Dromana VIC 3936.

2. Promotion period

The promotion runs from 12:00am AEDT Sunday 4 October 2026 to 11:59pm AEDT Saturday 31 October 2026, split into four weekly entry periods. Each entry period runs from 12:00am Sunday to 11:59pm Saturday (AEDT).

  • Week 1: Sunday 4 October to Saturday 10 October. Drawn Monday 12 October.
  • Week 2: Sunday 11 October to Saturday 17 October. Drawn Monday 19 October.
  • Week 3: Sunday 18 October to Saturday 24 October. Drawn Monday 26 October.
  • Week 4: Sunday 25 October to Saturday 31 October. Drawn Monday 2 November.

3. Who can enter

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 or over. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families can't enter.

4. How to enter

Place and pay for an order through our online store at dromanapictureframing.com.au during an entry period. Each eligible order is one entry into the draw for the week it was placed in. There is no other way to enter.

Orders placed in store, by phone or by email are not eligible. Entries don't carry over from one week to the next. Orders that are cancelled, fully refunded or returned before the draw are removed from that draw.

5. The draw

One winner is drawn at random by hand each week from all eligible entries for that week's entry period. Draws take place at 12:00pm AEDT on each draw date at Warehouse 2/10 Trewhitt Court, Dromana VIC 3936. If a drawn entry turns out to be ineligible, another entry will be drawn.

6. The prize

Each winner receives a refund of the total amount paid for their winning order, including shipping, up to a maximum of $1,000 (including GST). If the winning order total is more than $1,000, the winner receives $1,000 back. The refund is calculated on the amount actually paid after any discounts.

The refund is made to the original payment method within 5 business days of the draw. The winner keeps their order. The prize can't be transferred or exchanged for cash, store credit or anything else.

Four prizes are available across the promotion. The maximum value of each prize is $1,000 and the maximum total prize value is $4,000 (including GST). Each customer can win once during the promotion.

7. Winner notification

Winners are notified by email, using the email address on their order, within 2 business days of the draw.

We may also call winners to share the news and would love to film that call to share on our Instagram and Facebook. We'll ask for your permission at the start of the call. Saying no won't affect your prize in any way. With your permission, we may also share your first name and town on our website, email and social media.

8. The 15% off offer

During the promotion, 15% off framed canvases, empty float frames and all print products is applied automatically at checkout. No code is needed. Shipping is charged at standard rates. Orders using this discount are still eligible for the draw.

9. General

The Promoter may change, suspend or cancel the promotion if something outside its reasonable control affects how it runs, such as fraud or a technical failure, subject to applicable law. The Promoter's decision on any matter relating to the draw is final.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Personal information collected through this promotion is handled in line with our Privacy Policy and is used only to run the promotion and fulfil your order.
